Arkadelphia Arconic Renewable Energy Inquiry and Engineering (K-5)

Renewable Energy Inquiry and Engineering workshop is a FREE full-day professional development training made possible by Arconic Foundation and CE. This inquiry-based, hands-on science and engineering training program offers a review of the science, technology, and classroom applications of clean energy applicable for K-5.

This workshop is a follow-up to a 2016 workshop held at the STEM Center by CE and the Arconic Foundation.  While this workshop will expand upon topics covered in the first workshop, it is not required that attending teachers went to this previous session, nor will it impact their learning.  All attending teachers will receive substitute reimbursement, access to hands-on materials provided to the STEM Center, and training in specific teacher-generation NGSS curriculum to bring back to their classroom for immediate use.
