The Ogden Resource Center serves as a test for large scale, state-owned buildings. The 1.1 kW solar-electric system installed at Del Pueblo Elementary School was donated to the school as part of the 2006 Legacy Adopt-A-School project and provides a teaching, research and hands-on demonstration opportunity for students. The project was the result of a collaborative effort between BEF and the American Solar Energy Society (ASES).
